Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops solutions leveraging company volumes, systems, and partnerships while maintaining high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner.
• Identifies and prioritizes logistics needs; communicates recommendations to upper management for efficient product distribution.
• Provides data and recommendations on product tracking, route analysis, rerouting, costing, and usage alternatives.
• Advises IS and system users in logistics system improvements and changes.
• Responds to RFIs from potential software vendors and tests vendor software to assess customization for Home Depot specifications.
