Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel; ability to glean conclusions from datasets and communicate findings.
• Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts, IF formulas.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Cooperate across cross-functional teams in multiple geographic locations.
• Decisive with strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ARCHER performs the full scope of services as defined by the Master Settlement Agreement and client law firms.
• Identify docket needs and ensure those needs are met; remove roadblocks with other departments.
• Maintain database and tools with up-to-date lien resolution information.
• Analyze data to guide input into the database and streamline docket processing.
• Monitor milestones, coordinate with departments, invoicing, and lien payments.
• Track and report on key docket metrics.
