Job summary

Legora in Stockholm is hiring a Legal Engineering Operations Associate to join the Global Legal Engineering Operations family. You will report to the Global Legal Engineering Operations Lead and collaborate with the Head of Legal Engineering EMEA as the regional sponsor.

This early-career role focuses on turning data, meetings and loosely defined problems into clear recommendations and reliable operating routines, helping scale an international function and shaping the regional operating agenda.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience, or an exceptional graduate record with strong applied evidence.
• Excellent analytical abilities and comfort with spreadsheets.
• Strong written communication; ability to distill complex topics into a single clear page.
• Proactive ownership and follow-through; a bias for action.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and challenging unclear assumptions respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support key Legal Engineering EMEA leadership forums.
• Build weekly and monthly reporting on performance, usage, capacity, hiring and growth.
• Analyze data and write concise recommendations for decisions.
• Drive cross-functional projects from brief to finished output.
• Maintain action, decision and risk logs; improve templates and tooling.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, offsites and projects.
