Responsibilities

• Develop and implement last-mile delivery plans to optimize routes, cut costs, and improve on-time performance.
• Monitor OTD and CPB; provide data-driven insights for operations improvements.
• Collaborate with transportation coordinators, facility ops managers, driver services, and delivery providers.
• Identify and address delivery inefficiencies; research and apply best practices for continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular performance reports on KPIs and maintain SOPs for transportation planning.
