Job summary

Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Planner to optimize last-mile delivery operations. The hybrid role requires at least three days on-site in the warehouse and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve routes and costs.

You will analyze KPI trends, implement data-driven improvements, and maintain SOPs to ensure efficient delivery planning and execution across the network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics planning, with focus on last-mile delivery.
• Proficiency in logistics software and route optimization tools.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and use AI to optimize workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement last-mile delivery plans to optimize routes and reduce costs.
• Ensure efficient allocation of delivery resources to meet SLAs.
• Track On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Cost Per Box (CPB) to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with transportation coordinators, facility ops, and driver partners.
• Identify and address delivery inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular performance reports and maintain SOPs for transportation planning.
