Job summary

Axiom Path is seeking an IT Business Analyst III for an AI-driven delivery environment in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate complex data needs into actionable requirements while collaborating with IT, QA, and product teams throughout the Agile lifecycle.

You will write SQL queries, perform data mapping, and support UAT while ensuring data integrity and effective delivery across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role supporting application delivery
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Strong SQL skills with ability to write and interpret SELECT statements and joins

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, data needs, and challenges across multiple business units
• Elicit, document, and manage BRDs/FRDs/user stories and translate them into clear requirements for development and QA
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data and support data lineage understanding
