Job summary

Axiom Path, a technology-focused staffing firm, is seeking a Senior Cyber Data QA Analyst SQL & Data Testing in Charlotte, NC. You will join a cyber data operations team validating data warehouse solutions and cybersecurity dashboards in a regulated financial-services context.

In this hybrid role, you will develop test plans, execute data-quality testing with SQL, manage defects in Jira, and collaborate across data, engineering, and business teams to ensure trusted data and reliable analytics.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in software quality assurance or data testing.
• Strong SQL skills: joins, CTEs, data reconciliation and validation.
• Experience testing data-intensive apps, dashboards, or data warehouses.
• Experience creating and running functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests.
• Familiarity with Jira for defect management.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Financial-services or banking experience preferred.
• Experience with Confluence is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of defect management and test-management processes using Jira.
  
• Understanding of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
