Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Inventory Control, Materials Analyst, or cycle counting
  • Foundational knowledge of material flow and inventory management in manufacturing or electronics assembly environments
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and intermediate Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and strong cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Track inventory issues and generate reports on physical flow and system status
  • Execute tasks to support the material plan and target levels
  • Conduct routine data audits to verify ERP/MRP data accuracy
  • Monitor surplus inventory and assist in physical counts and action plans
  • Assist in balancing inventory results with financial records
  • Produce weekly reports to forecast and track inventory metrics
