Job summary

Celestica is seeking a data-driven Inventory Analyst to support inventory control, data integrity, and reconciliation for the manufacturing business unit in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Inventory Control, Materials Analyst, or cycle counting
Foundational knowledge of material flow and inventory management in manufacturing or electronics assembly environments
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and intermediate Excel skills
Attention to detail and strong cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

Track inventory issues and generate reports on physical flow and system status
Execute tasks to support the material plan and target levels
Conduct routine data audits to verify ERP/MRP data accuracy
Monitor surplus inventory and assist in physical counts and action plans
Assist in balancing inventory results with financial records
Produce weekly reports to forecast and track inventory metrics
