The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, data analysis, and material movement, with ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP/Oracle) and strong Excel skills. The position focuses on inventory accuracy, non-working stock, and reconciliation of materials used in complex assemblies.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inventory control, materials analyst, or cycle counting experience.
• Foundational knowledge of material flow and inventory management in manufacturing or electronics assembly.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) for transactions and data lookups; intermediate Excel.
• Solid understanding of cycle counting, reconciling inventory, and basic warehouse principles.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Tracking & Reporting: track issues and report on the physical flow and system status of inventory.
• Material Plan Execution Support: assist tasks related to inventory control to support the material plan.
• Data Integrity: perform routine audits to verify ERP/MRP data accuracy.
• Surplus Control & Support: monitor surplus inventory and support physical counts and action plans.
• Financial Reconciliation Support: gather data to balance inventory results with financial records.
• Reporting: assist in producing weekly reports to forecast and track inventory metrics.
