Job summary

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District in Fallbrook, CA is seeking an Intervention Program Technician to support at William H. Frazier School.

The role focuses on data collection for "In Danger of Retention" and tutoring, assists in placing students in small groups, develops learning materials, and supports teachers in delivering lessons. This part-time position requires strong communication, teamwork, and dedication to student growth.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade; and either an Associate’s Degree of Arts (AA) or have completed 48 college/university semester units or pass the FUESD proficiency test for this classification; experience working with people of various cultures; one (1) year of paid or volunteer experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable, supplemented by courses in childcare, supervision, psychology or guidance; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sophisticated data collection and dissemination for "In Danger of Retention," and "Tutorial"
• Assists in assessment to determine placement of students within small groups and tutorials
• Assists instructional personnel with the development and presentation of learning materials and instructional exercises.
• Assists students individually or in small groups to reinforce and follow up learning activities.
