Franklin County Schools is hiring for a part-time instructional support role for a 180-day term. The position involves 4-5 hours per day of small-group tutoring, data analysis of district and state assessments, and collaboration with RTI staff to determine interventions.
Responsibilities include documenting student progress, following the principal’s schedule, and participating in training sessions. This role emphasizes student achievement growth and adherence to district policies.

To ensure the safety and welfare of students and staff, the district shall require criminal history background checks and fingerprinting of applicants for teaching positions and any other positions that require proximity to children. Additionally, satisfactory results from a required pre-employment drug screen as well as checks with various state/federal registries are required before an applicant is actually employed by Franklin County Schools.
