Job summary

Wealth Alliance Group is seeking an Insurance Operations & Reporting Specialist to join our in-office Operations team. This role focuses on reporting, data analysis, and ensuring agents are properly licensed and Ready to Sell.

You will build and analyze daily reports, track licensing and contracting, and reconcile data across multiple systems. Strong spreadsheet skills and attention to detail are essential; insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong Google Sheets and Excel skills with ability to manage large datasets.
• Experience with reports, formulas, data reconciliation, and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyze daily operational reports.
• Track agent licensing, contracting, certifications, and Ready-to-Sell status.
• Reconcile data across portals, licensing systems, CRM platforms, and internal reports.
• Identify and resolve missing or conflicting information.
• Support agents with contracting and carrier requirements.
