Job summary

Wealth Alliance Group is seeking an Insurance Operations & Reporting Specialist to join our in-office Operations team. This role focuses on reporting, data analysis, and ensuring agents are properly licensed and Ready to Sell.

You will build and analyze daily reports, track licensing and contracting, and reconcile data across multiple systems. Strong spreadsheet skills and attention to detail are essential; insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Wealth Alliance Group (WAG) is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy Insurance Operations & Reporting Specialist to join our in-office Operations team.

This is a reporting-focused role for someone who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, systems, and problem-solving. You'll track agent licensing and carrier readiness, maintain accurate reporting, identify discrepancies, and help resolve issues across multiple systems.

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. Strong reporting and spreadsheet skills are essential.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and analyze daily operational reports.
• Track agent licensing, contracting, certifications, appointments, and Ready-to-Sell status.
• Reconcile data across carrier portals, licensing systems, CRM platforms, and internal reports.
• Identify and resolve missing, conflicting, or inaccurate information.
• Use Google Sheets and Excel to manage large datasets, formulas, lookups, trackers, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot carrier portals, contracting platforms, and licensing systems.
• Assist agents with contracting and carrier requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.

What You Need

Preferred, But Not Required

• Insurance operations, licensing, contracting, or compliance experience.
• Medicare, ACA, or health insurance experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, Monday.com, NIPR, Sircon, or similar platforms.
