Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with division leadership on financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. The role supports monthly close, variance analysis, and performance reviews for key accounts and lines of business, translating data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in financial analysis within the insurance sector, advanced Excel skills, and experience leveraging Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience in the insurance industry strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reporting experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with division sales and service leadership to provide financial analysis and reporting support.
• Coordinate annual budget and support monthly forecasting for the division.
• Perform variance analysis on general ledger activity and communicate findings.
• Evaluate investments and assess ROI and alignment with budget objectives.
• Monitor and report revenue performance for significant accounts and lines of business.
• Track payroll and expenses to ensure compliance with headcount and budget targets.
• Prepare monthly financial review materials and lead reviews with leadership.
• Develop and distribute monthly financial reports and commentary.
