Job summary

The University of Tampa is seeking an Institutional Research Coordinator to support institutional reporting, survey administration, and program review. You will develop dashboards and reports, ensure data accuracy, and assist with accreditation documentation.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or social science and experience with data analysis and BI tools. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SQL is valued, along with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; in statistics, mathematics, or social science preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in higher education preferred.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize quantitative/qualitative data.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Power BI/dashboard experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to institutional effectiveness by managing data-driven activities and ensuring data accuracy.
• Support external reporting and ad hoc data requests from stakeholder units.
• Develop dashboards and reports for internal and external audiences using BI tools.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes, definitions, and methodologies.
• Coordinate administrative operations and assist with accreditation documentation.
