Job summary

You will build dashboards, perform KPI analyses on student success and retention, and present findings to leadership. Strong skills in SPSS/SAS/R/Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and data governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required.
• Master's degree preferred in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, Institutional Research, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of data analysis and research experience, including 2+ years in institutional research; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and comply with the University's mission, the catalog, and institutional policies.
• Gather, clean, and organize qualitative and quantitative data from internal systems and external databases.
• Assist in compiling data for state/federal reporting (e.g., IPEDS) and regional accreditors.
• Conduct statistical analyses to track KPIs related to student success, retention, and enrollment projections.
• Develop analytical reports and data visualizations for dissemination to university administration.
• Build interactive dashboards and generate reports for leadership, faculty, and staff.
