The University of Tampa is seeking an Institutional Research Coordinator to support institutional reporting, survey administration, and program review. You will develop dashboards and reports, ensure data accuracy, and assist with accreditation documentation.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or social science and experience with data analysis and BI tools. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SQL is valued, along with strong organizational skills.

• Demonstrated experience in higher education preferred.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize quantitative/qualitative data.

Job applications for current students will not be considered if submitted through the external career center.**Position Details**In the Office of Institutional Research, the Coordinator supports institutional reporting, survey administration, academic program review, accreditation activities, dashboard and report development, and data-related research projects. The position assists with external reporting, ad hoc data requests, website maintenance, and administrative operations while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of institutional data.**Responsibilities*** Contributes to institutional effectiveness by managing data-driven activities while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of institutional data across research, external reporting, and administrative operations.* Partners with the Office of Career Services to facilitate “First-Destination Survey” Knowledge Rate research.* Facilitates the administration and analysis of internal institutional surveys.* Contributes to completion of external data requests from entities such as College Board, U.S. News, and Princeton Review in a timely and accurate manner.* Provide support in the data collection and report writing efforts sent to academic department chairs for Academic Program Review as the reviews occur.* Aids the department with research projects and ad-hoc data requests.* Maintain documentation of reporting processes, definitions, methodologies, and submission procedures.* Assist in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.* Maintain the office’s websites, both public-facing and internal utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).* Provide clerical and technical support to build and organize accreditation documentation during Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) reaffirmation efforts.* Attend trainings and fully engage in learning and utilizing university-wide technology, specifically Workday, and other department-specific technology platforms.* Attend conferences and/or webinars to maintain knowledge of industry’s best practices and for professional development.* Coordinate administrative operations, including email and calendar management, inventory and supply oversight, event logistics, and travel arrangements.* Performs other related duties as assigned.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree required; in statistics, mathematics, or social science preferred.* Demonstrated experience in higher education preferred.* Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize quantitative/qualitative data.* Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.* Ability to work with Microsoft Windows-based systems required.* Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software, especially Excel.* Microsoft Power BI / dashboard experience preferred.* Familiarity with R, Python, SQL, and/or AI-assisted data analysis tools preferred.* Experience utilizing Adobe Acrobat DC.* Willingness and ability to embrace and quickly adapt to new technologies and innovative organizational practices.* Excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.* The ability to establish priorities and manage time wisely. **Required Attachments****Please be sure to attach the required documents listed below in the attachment box at the bottom of the \"My Experience\" page of the application before submitting the application.****1.
