Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in operations analytics, industrial engineering, or related analytical role.
• Experience working with large operational datasets.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and data visualization.
• Demonstrated experience building Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities and ability to translate data into business actions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non‑technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data across the project lifecycle to identify bottlenecks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
• Track project flow from sale through design, permitting, installation, inspection, PTO, and activation.
• Analyze cycle times, WIP, backlog, throughput, and forecast vs. actual production.
• Develop operational benchmarks and identify performance gaps across teams and regions.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real‑time visibility into pipeline, aging, cycle times, quality, and productivity.
• Design reporting for frontline managers and executives with key issues clearly visible.
• Map and analyze workflows and recommend process changes to improve speed, quality, and profitability.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives across Operations, Design, Construction, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience.
• Establish standard metrics and definitions across teams and track impact of improvements.
• Extract, clean, combine, and analyze data from CRM, ERP, and other systems.
