Job summary

UpMetrics empowers mission-driven organizations with real-time analytics to improve program outcomes. We are hiring an Implementation Specialist to onboard clients and deliver hands-on training on our analytics platform.

You will translate data concepts for non-technical users, partner with Client Managers, and drive successful platform deployments. This role values proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Excel skills applied in professional or academic contexts.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana and JIRA.
• Passion for serving clients in the social sector.
• Team-first, collaborative mentality.
• Up to 4 years experience in Client Success, Technical Training / Onboarding, or Research / Analyst roles.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and train users on the UpMetrics analytics platform.
• Collaborate with Client Managers to set clients up for success through implementation.
• Translate data concepts into practical guidance for non-technical users.
• Manage project timelines and documentation to ensure smooth deployments.
