Job summary

Driveline Softball in Kent, WA is seeking a hands-on Pitching Coach to apply our data-driven athlete development philosophy and coaching systems. You will coach daily in-gym, oversee remote athletes, and collaborate with our pitching, hitting, strength & conditioning, and sport science teams to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of pitching mechanics and general human movement.
• Ability to work with athletes across a wide age range (10–22+).
• Confidence managing multiple athletes on the floor simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with athletes.
• Willingness to learn and apply data-informed coaching methods.
• Comfort working within structured systems and evolving protocols.
• Computer literate; proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.
• High level of professionalism, curiosity, and desire for growth.
• Experience in hitting, strength & conditioning, biomechanics, or sport science is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
