Job summary

Driveline Softball is seeking a Part-Time Pitching Coach for our Kent, WA location to support in-gym athlete development and apply Driveline's coaching philosophy. The role offers afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts and is ideal for someone balancing other commitments while gaining hands-on experience in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities include coaching sessions, managing multiple athletes, assisting with assessments, onboarding, and collaborating with the pitching staff.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of pitching mechanics and general human movement.
• Ability to work with athletes across a wide age range (10–22+).
• Strong communication skills and athlete engagement.
• Willingness to learn and apply data-informed coaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise athlete training sessions in-gym.
• Manage multiple athletes on the floor simultaneously.
• Support pitching assessments and athlete debriefs.
• Assist with athlete onboarding and daily management.
• Collaborate with pitching staff and other departments as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and internal education opportunities.
