Serotonin Centers is seeking a Health Coach to guide clients through data-driven wellness journeys, owning results, engagement, and retention using Serotonin systems and service catalog. You will deliver personalized exercise, nutrition, and supplement plans and ensure an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and wellness; empathetic, client-centered communicator.
• Tech adaptability to Zenoti, Serotonin Coach app, InBody, and general business platforms.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability to outcomes.
• Comfort with consultative sales; ability to educate and motivate.
• Phlebotomy certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and create personalized plans using our CARES framework.
• Perform bi-weekly InBody scans and track body composition trends.
• Document plans and progress in Zenoti and Serotonin Coach.
• Attend daily huddles and hit monthly goals.
• Pursue ongoing education and complete compliance training.
