Job summary

Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, seeks an Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment to shape data-driven admission strategies and drive enrollment across graduate programs, with emphasis on healthcare fields.

The role reports to the Director, collaborates across offices, and may require some evenings/weekends and travel. A bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred; strong CRM and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM and CRM tools; SIS experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Ability to analyze data to track applicants through the process.
• Strong communication across diverse populations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent public speaking and University representation.

Responsibilities

• Maximize recruitment strategies and campaigns using Slate CRM to recruit graduate students.
• Conduct aggressive, highly-personalized outreach to prospective graduate students.
• Plan and assess information sessions on/off campus, and the Graduate Open House.
• Participate in local, regional, national, and international recruitment conferences and fairs.
• Assist faculty program directors to engage with prospective students.
• Execute data-driven recruitment strategies in domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate with the Office of International Programs on international student engagement.
