Seton Hall University is seeking a candidate for the position ofAssistant Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment.Reporting to the Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment,the Assistant Director will play a critical role in facilitatingthe day-to-day aspects of the graduate admissions process for theUniversity. The Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions andRecruitment will be expected to maintain collaborativerelationships with all partners and support the overall strategicenrollment efforts of the University.
The individual hired for this role will be responsible fordesigning and implementing graduate admission strategies that aredata-informed and results-oriented. The incumbent will supportrecruitment strategies and initiatives across the University'sportfolio of graduate programs, with particular emphasis onhealthcare and related disciplines. The incumbent may be expectedto work some evenings and/or weekends periodically, and theposition will require travel.
Salary Range: $56,000 - $82,500
