Job summary

AlTi Tiedemann Global in New York seeks an Associate for Data Operations and Reporting to help build a single source of truth for data across wealth and advisory services. The role focuses on data capture, maintenance, and accessible analytics, with SOX compliance and information security in mind.

The successful candidate will map dataflows, support governance, and develop reporting and analytics capabilities, collaborating with Operations, Technology, and Platform teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in wealth management, financial services, operations, or data roles.
• Experience with performance reporting and client relationship management systems (preferably Addepar and Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.

Responsibilities

• Support data operations, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and resolve data integrity issues, including escalations for advisors and clients.
• Identify opportunities to automate data processes and reduce manual workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Platform teams to improve data workflows and user experience.
• Contribute to the development of a center of excellence for reporting, modeling, and analytics.
• Support data governance, security, and control frameworks to ensure high data quality standards.
• Assist in new product development initiatives and evaluation of tools or technologies to improve reporting and data access.
• Prepare materials and analysis using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support internal and client-facing initiatives.
