Job summary

HEPCO Inc in New Jersey seeks a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to support a portfolio of Energy Efficiency Programs. You will review project documentation, validate data accuracy, and identify trends and exceptions to ensure compliance with program requirements and quality standards.

You will run Excel-based exception reports, verify invoices against costs in program databases, and develop QA/QC logs and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or five years of related professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high volume reviews of invoices, workbooks, databases, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database applications; experience creating reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation and validate data accuracy.
• Identify trends and exceptions to ensure compliance with program requirements and quality standards.
• Run Excel-based exception reports to identify missing documentation and data anomalies.
• Verify invoices against costs entered into program databases.
• Develop and present PowerPoint summaries of QA/QC findings and recommendations.
