Job summary

The Florida Department of Education in Tallahassee is seeking an Educational Policy Analyst (CS) to lead data driven improvement for career technical education and adult general education programs statewide. You will analyze state data, create visualizations, and share findings to support AEFLA and Perkins goals.

Responsibilities include developing reports, providing technical assistance, and coordinating with providers and agencies to strengthen accountability and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel 3-4 times per year.
• Experience with public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Execute data driven program improvement activities for CTE and AGE statewide.
• Analyze, visualize, and share state data.
• Provide leadership, technical assistance, and staff development to providers.
• Produce research and evaluation reports across AEFLA/ Perkins programs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to measure outcomes.
