Job summary

The Florida Department of Education seeks a Systems Project Consultant to perform advanced data work for statewide K-12 assessment data. You will plan and conduct data verification, coordinate analyses, and manage ad hoc requests while developing SAS procedures to ensure data quality.

You will work under limited supervision and assist districts with score inquiry systems and the Florida Alternate Assessment Program.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience with SAS or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of basic descriptive statistics and large-scale data verification policies.
• Knowledge of research, statistical, and data analysis procedures.
• Ability to manage timelines, coordinate work tasks, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and design, implement, and evaluate data verification policies and procedures.
