You’ll help customers maximize value from their agreements, harness available resources, and collaborate with account managers to reduce churn.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement beyond renewals, leveraging CRM data and internal experts to elevate customer outcomes across a national network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Sales mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
• Experience in large, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through proactive phone and email outreach.
• Help customers understand the value of their service agreements and ensure they're aware of available resources, support, training, and services.
• Encourage customers to take advantage of the benefits included with their agreements.
• Conduct customer check-ins that improve engagement and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Connect customers with the appropriate internal experts when additional support or specialized assistance is needed.
