Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role for a software company.
• Experience in CX or analytics platforms.
• Proficient with Slack and Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfortable learning new software tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and ability to connect data to decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to capture Voice of the Customer.
• Experience building and interpreting customer data within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the lifecycle to drive product adoption and value realization.
• Analyze data to identify proactive solutions and improvements.
• Monitor key metrics and report on client health and milestones.
• Develop deep knowledge of Comply products to map to client goals.
• Inform leadership of risks and opportunities and coordinate resolutions.
• Prioritize outreach to reduce churn and enable growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Education to deliver high-quality resources for customers.
• Lead engaging presentations and webinars for client groups.
• Support department initiatives and drive innovative customer experiences.
