Job summary

Daktronics is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to support onboarding, adoption and continued engagement of subscription customers. You will guide setup, provide ongoing communication, and strengthen renewal and expansion opportunities.

This role also manages community engagement, gathers customer insights, and collaborates across teams to improve the customer experience, measure health metrics, and contribute to training and product feedback.
