Job summary

Wunderkind is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our post-sale team in New York. You will work on high-touch enterprise programs and a high-volume scaled portfolio, gaining hands-on experience with our AI-powered performance marketing platform.

You’ll analyze performance data, support marketing campaigns, and collaborate across Design, Engineering, Professional Services, and Analytics to deliver accurate results and client value.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in Marketing, Client Services, or a related field.
• Experience with ecommerce, email/SMS marketing, or website analytics is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with marketing or analytics platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: pull and analyze performance data; develop custom client reports.
• Campaign Execution: set up and optimize email, SMS, and onsite campaigns in Wunderkind.
• Project Management: coordinate with Design, Engineering, Professional Services to execute tasks.
• Presentation & Strategy Support: create data-driven presentations and reports.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: support initiatives and troubleshoot campaign issues.
• Product Feedback & Testing: participate in testing features and pilots.
