Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a data and reporting professional to manage customer data, build reports, and enable proactive engagement to drive customer outcomes. You will collect and prepare data, develop insights, analyze trends, and support cross-functional teams with BI insights.

Travel up to 30% is expected. A Bachelor's degree plus 3–5 years of experience and strong data/reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Proven track record of managing customer asset information and producing insightful reports.
• Strong background in data management, reporting, and process improvement.
• Customer success experience preferred.
• Requires up to 30% travel and strong interpersonal/public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collects and prepares customer data relative to contractual requirements and key metrics.
• Data-Driven Insights: Identifies and implements reporting processes/tools to track progress toward program goals.
• Pattern & Trend Analysis: Analyzes data to uncover patterns in behavior and engagement to improve customer outcomes.
• Report Development: Develops actionable insights and recommendations beyond traditional reporting.
• Strategic Projects: Participates in projects to enhance customer insights and business growth.
• Continuous Improvement: Streamlines operational activities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with other teams to integrate BI insights.
• Customer Engagement: Advises on performance data aligned with customer goals and outcomes.
