Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a senior data analyst to manage customer asset information and deliver insightful reports that drive proactive engagement and value realization. The role supports the Customer Success team by ensuring accurate data management and robust reporting.
You will collect data across contracts, assets, and utilization, implement reporting tools, and transform data into compelling narratives for clients. Travel up to 30% and collaboration across teams are expected.
Plays a key role in managing customer asset information and producing insightful reports that highlight customer achievements and areas for further improvement. This more senior analyst role supports the Customer Success team by ensuring accurate data management and delivering reporting that drives proactive engagement and value realization.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience.
We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $76,150 - $114,040 annually.
