Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a senior data analyst to manage customer asset information and deliver insightful reports that drive proactive engagement and value realization. The role supports the Customer Success team by ensuring accurate data management and robust reporting.

You will collect data across contracts, assets, and utilization, implement reporting tools, and transform data into compelling narratives for clients. Travel up to 30% and collaboration across teams are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience.
  • Proven track record of managing customer asset information and producing insightful reports.
  • Strong background in data management, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Customer Success experience preferred.
  • Requires up to 30% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).
  • Requires good interpersonal and communication skills, and public speaking skills.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Implement reporting tools and processes to track progress toward program goals and deliver foundational insights for decision‑making.
  • Pattern & Trend Analysis: Analyze customer data to uncover behavioral trends and recommend proactive strategies that drive long‑term success.
  • Customer Success Narratives: Transform data into compelling stories that help customers understand performance and identify opportunities.
  • Report Development: Create advanced reports that go beyond metrics to deliver actionable insights and highlight opportunities for value realization.
  • Strategic Projects: Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer insights and support business growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service delivery.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to integrate business intelligence across functions.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide subject matter training and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to customer feedback, data integrity, and analytics.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $76,150 - $114,040 annually.
