Optimum in Plano, TX is seeking a Credit & Collection Analyst to manage daily credit and collections activities. You will review customer credits, manage accounts within terms, and support dispute resolution and reporting.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in credit and collections, B2B experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• NACM certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; familiarity with credit systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aging levels in line with company objectives and credit policies.
• Review credit queues and approve orders promptly.
• Lead collections for assigned portfolio and contact customers for payment.
• Provide updates on past-due accounts (120+ days) to management.
• Collaborate with Sales/Operations to resolve billing issues.
• Assist in risk management and audit projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer files and documentation.
