Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, finance or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, VBA, Power Query.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating data into insights.
• Detail-oriented with ability to deliver accurate numbers on time.

Responsibilities

• Evolve compensation strategy for base, variable, and equity.
• Apply analytics to identify problems and recommend data-backed solutions.
• Build dashboards and models for actionable insights and market trends.
• Automate monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation reporting.
• Conduct global market benchmarking and ensure internal equity.
• Provide data-driven compensation recommendations tied to strategy.
