Datadog is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to own the end-to-end compensation function, including strategy, design, execution, and communications. You will partner with People, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, and Legal to scale total rewards while ensuring equity and competitive market positioning in a highly cross-functional environment.

The role emphasizes translating complex compensation concepts for managers and employees, with a hybrid work setup to support work-life harmony across teams.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years or more, of compensation or related experience.
• Experience managing compensation programs and annual cycles, including equity programs.
• Strong analytical rigor and experience building dynamic models and scenario analyses.
• Experience implementing and using compensation benchmarking data, market pricing methodologies, reporting, and compensation technology.
• Advanced capabilities in Excel and proficiency with compensation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable compensation programs and processes, including cycles, governance, timelines, and tools.
• Build dynamic compensation models and scenario analyses for budgeting and design of cash/equity.
• Provide operational analysis, reporting, and insights related to compensation trends and internal equity.
• Oversee compensation data in systems and improve tooling with HRIS and analytics.
• Lead communications and change management for compensation programs and processes.
