Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to own compensation design, analytics, and systems work in a highly cross-functional environment. You will craft scalable compensation processes, including equity cycles, governance, and enablement for managers and employees.

The role requires 5–7+ years in compensation, strong analytical and modeling skills, and experience with Workday. This hybrid Boston-based position emphasizes collaboration with People, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, and Legal

Qualifications

• Five to seven years or more, of compensation or related experience.
• Strong analytical rigor and experience building dynamic models and scenario analyses.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable compensation programs and processes, including compensation and equity cycles, governance, timelines, and tools, in partnership with People, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders
• Build dynamic compensation models and scenario analyses to support budgeting, workforce planning, and compensation design for cash/equity
• Provide operational analysis, reporting, and insights related to compensation programs, trends, market data, and internal equity
• Oversee compensation functionality and data in our systems and partner with HRIS and Analytics to continually enhance compensation and total rewards tooling
• Lead communications and change management for compensation programs and processes, including FAQs, manager resources, training, and enablement
• Partner cross-functionally to drive complex compensation initiatives from design through implementation and continuously improve processes and employee experience
