Datadog, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to own compensation processes from design to execution, enabling scalable total rewards for a fast-growing company. You will lead equity cycles, governance, and communications while partnering across People, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders.

The role blends strategic program design with hands-on analytics and execution, requiring collaboration across teams and a people-first mindset in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years or more of compensation or related experience.
• Experience managing compensation programs and annual cycles, including equity programs.
• Strong analytical rigor and experience building dynamic models and scenario analyses.
• Experience implementing compensation benchmarking data, market pricing methodologies, reporting, and compensation technology.
• Good understanding of RSUs and other equity offerings.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex concepts for leaders and employees.
• Systems thinker oriented toward process improvement, scalability, and efficiency.
• Advanced capabilities in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functionality and reporting.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience developing communications, training and change-management materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable compensation programs and processes across cash and equity.
• Build models and scenario analyses to support budgeting and workforce planning.
• Provide analysis, reporting, and insights on compensation trends and internal equity.
• Oversee compensation data and tooling in systems with HRIS and analytics teams.
• Lead communications and change management for compensation programs and processes.
