Qualifications

• Five to seven years or more of compensation or related experience.
• Ability to translate complex compensation concepts into actionable guidance for managers and employees.
• Experience with equity programs and variable compensation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable compensation programs.
• Build dynamic models and scenario analyses for cash/equity.
• Provide operational analysis, reporting, and insights on market data and internal equity.
• Oversee compensation data in systems and partner with HRIS and Analytics.
• Lead communications and change management for compensation programs.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation.
