Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of compensation principles to support base pay and annual incentive programs.
• Collaborates with Compensation team members and HR Partners to complete work.
• Supports annual review process by assisting with guidelines, budgets, and pay recommendations.
• Gathers and analyzes internal and external compensation data to make data-based decisions.
• Seeks knowledge on evolving regulatory environment, pay equity, and related topics.
• Writes and organizes documentation for compensation-related decisions and projects.
• Supports compensation proposals, including title and salary adjustments per policy.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition in developing competitive compensation packages for prospective candidates.
