Qualifications

• BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, Business or related field with 2 years of pertinent experience.
• Experience in Excel, including analyses and models.
• Project management experience driving analytics.
• Foundational knowledge of AI tools and integrating them into work processes (prompt engineering, workflow automation).
• Very sensitive/confidential work - needs to demonstrate discretion and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners on project delivery, using AI-solvable components.
• Advise cross-functional partners on AI-enabled compensation strategies.
• Lead compensation modeling and statistical analysis using multiple AI tools.
• Communicate AI contributions and impact clearly to stakeholders.
• Redesign workflows to leverage AI functionality while ensuring data protection.
• Balance risk and streamline processes with scalable AI-enabled workflows.
