Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a high-performing Commercial Lines Client Advisor in the United States to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand the company’s footprint. You will blend human connection with technology, insights, and AI to deliver exceptional results for clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in client-facing roles, preferably with a Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role.
• Property and Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual objectives by building a qualified pipeline and meeting quota.
• Develop growth plans using data-driven insights and AI-powered tools.
• Partner with service teams and marketing to deliver proposals and tailored solutions.
• Develop deep client relationships with consultative sales approaches.
• Use CRM and engagement platforms to personalize outreach and track interactions.
• Promote Acrisure within the community as a fintech-enabled insurance leader.
