Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior CDR Network Planning Performance Manager to lead root-cause analyses and drive improvements across the 13-week build horizon for data center infrastructure planning.

You'll collaborate with Build Plan, Landing Plan, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions, develop performance metrics and dashboards, and present findings to senior leadership to accelerate plan accuracy and execution reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in supply chain, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• Experience presenting root-cause analyses to senior management.
• Experience with Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, Tableau or Quicksight.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts: forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization, logistics.
• 7+ years in supply chain, operations, program management, or technical project management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured root cause analyses on build plan misses and document findings.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for build plan adherence.
• Drive end-to-end improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Present findings to senior leadership and influence data-driven actions.
