Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a CDR Network Plan Performance Manager to drive root cause analyses of build plan misses, identify systemic gaps, and lead improvement initiatives that raise plan accuracy and execution reliability. You will be embedded in the end-to-end process for a 13-week rolling horizon.

The ideal candidate is data-driven with supply chain or operations experience and can translate findings into scalable process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in supply chain, operations, engineering, analytics, or related field.
• Experience presenting root cause analysis and error correction from operational events to senior management.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
• Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics or equivalent.
• 7+ years of supply chain, operations, program management, or technical project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Root Cause Analysis & Investigation: conduct structured RCAs on build plan misses, investigate inputs that drive the 13-week horizon, and document findings with clear causal chains.
• Performance Measurement & Metrics: develop dashboards and metrics to track build plan adherence and input reliability, and analyze performance trends.
• Improvement Initiatives: drive end-to-end improvements, build business cases, and track ROI of initiatives.
