Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a CDR Network Plan Performance Manager to drive root cause analyses of build plan misses and lead improvement initiatives across Build Plan, Landing Plan, and Supply Chain teams.

You will measure plan accuracy, develop dashboards, and translate insights into scalable processes. The role targets data-driven problem solving with a passion for optimizing planning inputs across a 13-week horizon while partnering with engineering and operations to realize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• Experience presenting root cause analysis and error correction from operational events to senior management.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
• Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics or equivalent.
• 7+ years of supply chain, operations, program management, or technical project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured RCAs on build plan misses—investigating material availability, capacity, vendor delivery, and inputs for 13-week horizon.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics for build plan adherence and input reliability.
• Own and drive end-to-end improvement initiatives with ROI tracking and cross-team collaboration.
