Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior CDR Network Planning Performance Manager to drive root cause analysis of build plan misses and lead improvements across a 13-week horizon. You will embed in the end-to-end planning process, measuring inputs and ensuring data quality to raise plan accuracy and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in supply chain or operations, strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Quicksight), and a proven track record of delivering scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• Experience presenting RCAs and corrective actions to senior management.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, Tableau, Quicksight.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts: forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization, logistics.
• 7+ years of supply chain, operations, program management, or technical project management.
• Experience with building performance metrics and KPI development.
• Experience with cloud, hyperscale tech, or complex infrastructure supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analyses on build plan misses and recommended corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain build plan adherence metrics and dashboards.
• Own end-to-end improvement initiatives with ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with Build Plan, Landing Plan, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
