Qualifications

• 3-5 years of business or technology analysis experience.
• Experience with MS SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker Studio, Apps Script, Triana or equivalent platforms.
• Experience in commercial real estate or equivalent tech ops.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Purchasing to streamline workflows.
• Lead current-state, future-state, gap, and process analyses for integration initiatives.
• Capture, validate, and refine business and technical requirements with users.
• Coordinate sessions and vendor discussions to keep initiatives moving.
• Define test cases and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Support delivery teams to turn approved work into successful outcomes.
