You will build reports and dashboards in Power BI, support pricing and forecasting, and collaborate across departments to implement ERP/CRM enhancements. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst preferred.
• Experience with operations excellence or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong emphasis on Power BI.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
• Utilize data to support pricing strategies, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making across departments.
• Maintain and enhance CRM and ERP systems, including pricing updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, requirements gathering, and system implementations.
