Job summary

You will work with internal teams, customers, and systems to transform data into actionable insights that support pricing, purchasing, products and sales initiatives. Responsibilities include building reports and models with SQL, Epicor, Excel, and Power BI, monitoring projects, and presenting ad hoc analyses to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of analytics experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and forecasting processes for Marketing and company planning.
• Develop reports and models using SQL, Epicor, Excel, and Power BI.
• Measure and report results of projects and initiatives.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support pricing, purchasing, products and sales initiatives with BI insights.
• Provide forecasting and business intelligence leveraging site data and databases.
• Perform advanced analytics such as cohort analysis and segmentation.
